Description
With a flavor reminiscent of artichoke, here is a pate obtained from Jerusalem artichoke root. In this recipe, the presence of the other ingredients serves to enhance it, especially when spreading it on bread or croutons.
Ingredients: Jerusalem artichoke, extra virgin olive oil (extra virgin olive oil), wine vinegar, lemon juice, mint, garlic, salt and chilli pepper.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep in the fridge and consume it within 5 days.
