Description
The best aubergines, grown with care under the summer sun on the Sabini Hills of our Company. A delicious starter or tasty side that will complement any savoury dish. The aubergines are lightly cooked in wine vinegar then manually placed in the jars and covered with the best extra virgin olive oil of the Sabina area.
Ingredients: aubergines, extra virgin olive oil (EVO), wine vinegar, garlic, chili pepper, cloves and salt.

Storage: store in cool and dry environment. Once opened store in refrigerator and use within 5 days.
