Description
Tomato pulp is made by choosing the best tomatos. Making sure they have a firm and well-structured pulp. The taste they must have is also important: sweet and delicate.
To be goods, tomatoes are grown as they were once in the past and followed in all stages of growth. When they are ready, they are collected by hand, then washed and, after discarding the less suitable, deprived of their peel, to be cut and cooked at high temperatures. Once cooked, the Passata is bottled and pasteurized so that it remains intact over time.
Put in a glass jar to ensure that its fresh, sweet and unique flavor is not affected. Inside there is only the raw material, the tomato, without the addition of preservatives or additivies.
